Mike’s keynotes are built to be simple and stress-free for your team. Here’s what you’ll need:

• A well-lit, comfortable assembly space (gym, auditorium, or multi-purpose room)

• A microphone and sound system

• A screen for slides (Mike’s keynote slides are hosted on Canva and also available via flash drive)

• One hour of uninterrupted time for the full keynote experience

Travel costs are separate, but Mike keeps it simple — one flat number, no piles of receipts or surprise charges. He typically books and manages all his own travel, so you don’t have to.

Mike travels nationwide across the U.S. and is also available for select international events. If your students are ready, he’ll go wherever they are.

Absolutely. Each keynote has a companion e-book (like The Choice is Yours or 2 Words of Elite Leaders), and we highly recommend bundling books with your event to maximize long-term impact. At the end of each keynote, students will receive a QR code to download the book instantly — or you can pre-order bulk copies for physical distribution.

Most schools, conferences, and youth organizations book 3–4 months in advance, especially for fall and spring. To lock in your preferred date, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
