Mike’s keynotes= Creative + funny+ transformational

I am writing this letter to offer my support to Mike Hall as a candidate for a speaker at any student activity conference. He is a creative, entertaining, and poignant speaker.

He had our 800-plus students hanging on his every word and gesture.

The message was exactly what our students needed to hear. I’ve had great feedback from students, parents, and faculty!

Mike made me feel like a hero for just bringing him into our school.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE HALL!

Respectfully,

Tony Jordan

Assistant Principal

Keynotes

  • DRILLING THROUGH MOUNTAINS

How to live a life of resilience, determination, and have synergy with those around you.

45 min of the most straightforward, compelling and captivating strategy that any 12 year old or 22 year old can implement TODAY to make TOMORROW what they always dreamed it would be.

Only when every individual feels healthy and stable, will their goals not only be captured…but surpassed.

The strategy comes down to voices and choices. Those are the tools we use to drill through a mountain. Mountains = anything we say we want.

What can we do to prove that we genuinely want what we say we want? Better grades? More respect? Be better connected? How do we focus on getting admiration more than attention? We’ll learn how to positively affect our reputation with those above us, beside us and behind us. Most importantly, we will all become convinced that living a life we are truly proud of is contagious.

With his dynamic blend of story, metaphor, experience, and humor, Mike teaches each listener to grab the future by the collar.

FOCAL POINTS: Leadership, resiliance, teamwork, mental health, tenacity, drive

    Outcomes

    Actualized lasting motivation

  • BUILDING BRIDGES TO KIDS

Proven actionable ways to build(or rebuild) connection with the young people in your life.

    7 HACKS TO BUILD CONNECTION

    16 HACKS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION

We don’t have them forever. Some for 6 more months. Some for 7 more years. Make it count.

    A few highlights:

Provide alternatives and options. Sometimes direct instruction can backfire profoundly. If your child throws a tantrum because she doesn’t want to do her homework, doesn’t want to wear socks, or doesn’t want to eat her vegetables, it can soon feel impossible not to give in, and forcing them one way or another can produce even more alarming reactions.

Diffuse the situation by remaining gentle and firm, and provide them with alternatives and options that adhere to your instruction. For example, try saying:

Providing your child the freedom to choose how they do something allows them to express themselves while following your lead and getting the task done.

    7 Hacks to build connection

    1. Don’t be a nag.

    2. Celebrate what they celebrate.

    3. Don’t compare them to other kids.

    4. Praise publicly. Critique privately.

    5. Don’t embarrass them in front of their friends.

    6. Help them to be content more than happy.

    7. Ask them how they are doing more than what they are doing.

FOCAL POINTS: Communication synergy, teen psychology, teen therapy, parenting, leadership

    Outcomes

Fully grasp how to UNIFY yourself with any young person.

    Massively improve TRUST

    Watch anxiety and frustration plumet

  • 2 WORDS OF ELITE LEADERS

A failproof framework that young people can take with them into the future as elite level leaders.

The greatest leaders were not born great. They had to learn to lead with these two words.

What if two simple words could make you an elite leader?

In this keynote, you’ll discover a style of leadership that leaves you not only successful but admired. When you become a 2-word leader, those you oversee won’t be able to imagine being led by anyone else.

Drawing on decades of leadership experiences, Mike unlocks secrets of how people are motivated toward their greatest effort.

Mike will give you a blueprint for the steps you should take to accomplish anything with your followers. Many books have been written about achievement, but here we’ll see a plan that will encompass more than merely finishing a task. It’s an elite leader who makes sure that all their followers know and feel that they matter and belong.

The blueprint: DISCUSS, DECIDE, DEFINE, DELEGATE, DEPLOY, DEBRIEF

In addition, you’ll walk away with a rock-solid framework for delegating anything to anyone, so you can focus on what only you can do as the leader.

FOCAL POINTS: Leadership, retention, teamwork, delegation

    Outcomes

People will LOVE you leading them

    Limitless surge in productivity

Group retention like you never imagined
